Jamie Condon has been working in the Electrical industry since 1990 and has had vast experience from domestic and commercial work through to heavy industrial plant and project management. Jamie’s technical experience ranges from general electrical through to advanced PLC programming, automation & control, engineering design and implementation along with mentoring and training of technical staff.

 Jamie has managed various departments through the years with decades of experience in managing multiple technical and engineering teams in geographically dispersed locations spread across the state of NSW and beyond.

 Over the years, Jamie has been tasked with improving the electrical reliability, safety and efficiency of various companies. Main areas of focus included reducing downtime, improving safety and lowering labour and energy costs whilst improving product quality and improving company profits in an extremely competitive market place. Jamie achieved these results and built a team to maintain and further automate and develop the industries, and to go onto find other areas to make efficiency gains and quality improvements.

 Jamie has worked in many large corporate companies in his career including BHP, Delta EMD, Honeywell, Coal & Allied, Rio Tinto and Auscott. Exposure to all these different industries and corporate requirements at a technical level give Jamie a great depth of experience to draw on. Jamie constantly seeks the latest technology and innovation in aim of finding ways to implement this into our personal and work lives to make things easier, more efficient and provide better outcomes and profitability. 

​In addition to leading the SierraTek team Jamie has a creative side that also runs a production company - JAC Productions. This company focuses on creating still and motion imagery of all things in the natural and industrial world. Jamie holds a CASA ReOC and RePL Pilot License for commercial aerial works and often looks for excuses to use this equipment to assist our customers for aerial inspections and other various Corporate Image requirements.
